David & Judy
David and Judy have done Bible translation and discipleship among the Asheninka peoples in the Amazon region of Peru since 1978. For many years this was under the auspices of Wycliffe Bible Translators. In 2015 they took early retirement from Wycliffe, and since then have been missionaries with Modern Day Missions.
Praise: We are encouraged that one of the pastors, Miguel, has planted multiple new churches that use the methodology and passages we taught alongside other approaches from other missionary agencies.
Requests: We pray God would open the way to provide for and sustain training that will lead to further making disciples in ALL of the Asheninka regions.
